Returns Policy


To return a Brand Ur Merch custom product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning.  To obtain an RMA # email us at abby@brandurmerch.com.  Please be sure to specify the date of purchase and your valild reason for returns. 

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel: Items can only be returned if there is a flaw in the material or the item was misprinted.  If the items are misprinted or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

What cannot be returned: Items that are an incorrect size due to user error cannot be returned.  If in doubt, order one size up.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return package.
